Kreloses joins SCATE 2026: Our First Exhibition, and Some Honest Thoughts

As a co-founder, this three-day SCATE 2026 exhibition at KLCC was a new and interesting experience for me.

This is the first time since we started this business that we joined an exhibition as an exhibitor. After months of preparation, stepping into this environment felt exciting, slightly nerve-racking, and very real.

When I walked around and looked at other booths, it was obvious how experienced and polished some teams were. Bigger setups, cooler designs, and people who have clearly done this many times before. I won’t lie, it made me pause for a moment. But instead of feeling discouraged, I saw it as a learning experience. We’re still new to this, and that’s part of how we grow.

What really stood out to me was my team.

Everyone was independent, prepared, and ready to step up. Across the team, people were brave and proactive, confidently approaching passersby, starting conversations, and representing us professionally. Whether it was marketing, sales, or support, everyone stayed confident, learned on the spot, and kept improving how they explained what we do. The support team also stepped in naturally to help explain the product and answer questions. Everyone was fully switched on and giving their best.

I was proud of that. This wasn’t about having the most impressive booth. It was about showing up together, supporting one another, and doing the work properly. I’m grateful to have such a reliable and committed team standing beside me in our first event like this.

One moment I genuinely appreciated was meeting our clients in person.

Some of them came by just to say hello after hearing that we were at SCATE. That meant a lot. We work with these clinics for years, mostly through screens, messages, and calls, and sometimes the human connection fades into the background. Seeing them face to face, knowing they’re doing well, and being able to talk properly again reminded me why we do what we do. I felt proud and thankful to be part of their business journey.

It was also nice to meet others who are serving the same industry as us, partners, peers, and people working in similar spaces. Everyone was friendly, professional, and open to conversations. Even though we may be working in the same space, at the end of the day we share the same goal, to serve this industry better. Meeting everyone face to face for the first time was a good experience.

I’m also very thankful to Dr. Zeo from MDA, who took the time to bring me around and introduce me to other suppliers. Some of them might become integration partners in the future, who knows. More importantly, it was eye-opening to learn more about the industry beyond software, the machines they use, the materials they need, and the realities of their day-to-day operations. All of this helps us understand their work better. And with that understanding, we can continue improving what we build and how we support them.

This was our first exhibition, and it gave us a clearer view of where we stand and where we need to improve. There’s still a lot of work ahead, but this was a useful step for us.
