Welcoming UPM Sarawak to the Kreloses Family

We’re thrilled to welcome UPM Sarawak, the second veterinary university under Universiti Putra Malaysia, to the Kreloses family.

This onboarding was especially meaningful because of how it started. After hearing positive feedback from their peers at UPM Serdang, the team at UPM Sarawak reached out with great enthusiasm and a clear interest in improving their clinic operations through digital solutions. From the very beginning, their eagerness to learn and grow left a lasting impression.

This session marked the beginning of a new system at UPM Bintulu guided by the Kreloses team.

To support their journey, our trainer Hanif traveled to Sarawak for a two-day hands-on session. The entire team welcomed us with warmth and stayed highly engaged throughout the training. They created a comfortable and effective learning environment and came prepared with tools to make the most of the session.

Each team member brought something special to the training, whether it was initiative, patience, or good humor, making the entire experience memorable and productive. Their positive energy, team spirit, and genuine care for both animals and owners could be felt in every interaction. It was clear that they were not only ready to embrace a veterinary clinic software but also to elevate their service with it.
