Dr. Yap and Dr. Sit, the husband and wife team, have been running Sacred Hearts Animal Clinic in Segambut for 14 years and still counting. The previous system that they have been using was discontinued a long time ago. Without an IT expert to maintain it, it is prone to crash at any time without any warning and this results in a high risk of losing valuable data and patient records.
