Maximizing Hospital Efficiency: Practical Kreloses Training at UVH

In May 2025, the Kreloses team held an onsite training session at Universiti Putra Malaysia’s Veterinary Hospital (UVH), aimed at equipping the veterinary teams with the skills needed to optimize their hospital operations using Kreloses. This training session provided a hands-on, real-world approach, allowing participants to interact directly with the system while addressing the daily challenges they face in their busy hospital environment.

The training began with in-depth discussions with UVH’s administrative leads to better understand their workflows from a high-level perspective. This allowed us to align the system with their specific needs and ensure that Kreloses would be a seamless fit into their operations.

The training included two types of hands-on sessions. The first session, was scenario-based, where participants were grouped by roles such as receptionists, doctors, and pharmacy staff. This approach allowed everyone to experience Kreloses, the veterinary clinic software, from their specific perspectives, making the training engaging and relevant.

The second session involved real-time practice where the UVH team applied their knowledge of Kreloses while serving actual patients. This hands-on experience allowed them to see the immediate impact of Kreloses on their daily operations and gain confidence in using the system in real-world scenarios. Throughout both sessions, our team worked closely with every department, ensuring that all staff members could use Kreloses effectively, offering guidance and support as needed.
