Malaysia is indeed a beautiful and green country, rich with diversified cultural heritage that has fathomless potential in almost everything. Our trip to visit our customers in Kelantan and Kedah only further cemented such perception in our hearts. We have seen, learned, experienced and made priceless memories in the journey covering more than 1,300 kilometres, in over 18 hours of drive. Some parts of the adventure required us to travel in narrow paths and go through small roads which enabled us to witness the raw beauty that Malaysian villages and forests have to offer.

A trip without stopping by for street food in Malaysia is almost impossible. A trip without stopping by for street food in Malaysia is almost impossible.

It may be a long trip but all the greenery that we saw made us realise that our beloved country is like a hidden gem in eco-tourism. At a point in our trip, we managed to stop by the Royal Belum State Park, the oldest rainforest in the world and we were stunned by the breathtaking scenery. Malaysia is always known as a country where nature and modernity coexist with tourists around the world visiting to bask in our all-year-long summer sunlight. With greater management and ample amount of promotion to raise awareness of such mesmerising destination, the Royal Belum State Park can easily be a top candidate as a premier eco-tourism choice.

Travelling across the country can be tiring sometimes but it is worth it at the end of the day when our customers are satisfied and happy with what we have provided them. On top of always giving the best effort in improving our customer service, these visits are extremely significant and valuable to build long-term relationships between one another. Being on site and communicating face to face can help break any barriers in understanding and resolve any existing issues. It is also a great opportunity for us to learn and gather firsthand information of the customers to tailor our assistance accordingly.

Our time in both Kelantan and Kedah have been nothing but amazing and we find that the people there are very friendly and approachable. Needless to say, we received a warm welcome upon arriving at our customers' business venues. Beyond building positive relationships with our customers and putting faces to names, customer visits are bound to improve the teamwork between us and enhance our internal communication too. The trip had effectively tightened our team cohesion as we explored Malaysia's charms out of the city together. Hopping from state to state and putting smiles on the customers' faces, we definitely got more than what we asked for through this experience together. We anticipate for more to come as we work hard to fulfill our goal of providing the best customer service.
