We provide responsive, human support, no auto-replies or chatbot loops. Our team is based locally in your region and understands how clinics operate. You’ll have access to our Support Centre, how-to videos, and can request one-on-one online sessions if you need deeper assistance.

Yes. Our optional data migration service makes it easy to switch over. We help transfer key records such as patient details, medical histories, product lists, and services securely. If something can’t be imported directly, we’ll guide you on how to manage it within Kreloses. This is a one-time service, priced separately from your subscription.
