Meet Shivam, the Head of Support in Kreloses

Featuring the Head of Support in Kreloses, Shivambiga, the video covers her personal objectives and professional journey throughout her career in the software industry. Prior to joining Kreloses, Shivam had over 7 years of experience and in her previous roles, she had supported more than 200 businesses including their staff across Malaysia. Working closely with this large number of business owners and professionals over time allowed her to further understand distinct business needs and prepared her to provide better support as well as solutions.

Shivam's main objective is to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible while using Kreloses. To do this, she employs a comprehensive yet simple-to-understand learning process through both online and onsite training. She tailors answers to support questions from our customers and her high level of experience allows her to execute it in the best quality. She also writes tutorials and curates them into courses for the Kreloses Academy, a platform where our customers can learn more on operating Kreloses.

Despite her calm and reserved demeanor, Shivam is actually an outgoing person with a bubbly personality. She is also an animal lover, currently taking care of two cats and a whopping number of sugar gliders which is six. She is definitely the person to go to for sugar glider related advice and the adorable photos of her pets that she shares with us from time to time makes our day.
