Earlier this year, we had launched a Referral Programme where our customers can refer their friends to subscribe to Kreloses and get a discount in return. It has received a warm response and starting 6th September, we are relaunching the programme again until 30th September in conjunction with Malaysia Day Celebration. This time, you and your friend will both enjoy 1 month free subscription under several conditions that you can read more below.

How do I make a referral?

Simply ask the person you are referring to send us a message on any of the following channels. Tell them to include your personal or business name so we know you referred them.

Can I refer more than one company?

Yes. You will receive 1 month free subscription for each company that you referred. For example, if you referred 3 companies, you would receive 3 months off your subscription. However, you can only refer up to 3 companies. Note that you will only receive the discount on your next bill if your referred company activated within the programme period (by 30th September). The discount will only applicable once the full payment is received.

What are the conditions for receiving the referral discount?

The conditions are:

-The company you refer activates their account within the programme period (30th September).

-The company you refer must pay the balance on their account.

-You must be an existing customer.

-We must be notified for the referral to be processed.

-You cannot refer your own company.

How will the discount be applied to my subscription?

The discount will be automatically applied to your next billing period, so you will see the difference on your next issued invoice. The same goes to the referred customer.

What happens if the customer I refer does not activate their account within the programme period?

If the referred customer does not activate their account within the programme period (by 30th September), your discount will not be applied. The discount will only be applied to your next invoice after your reffered customer paid for their subscription.
